● Area Setting: Used to determine whether the animal has entered the target area.

SANS-AI supports “track one in plan” and “track all in plan” in the acquisition.
SANS-AI supports the existence of multiple viewing areas within the same video, such as the 96-plate hole of the zebrafish.
Trajectory setting are mainly used to view the detection results and perform micro-processing.
Our video tracking software provides a “smoothing process” for correcting the acquired
trajectory. This can be done in two ways:
1. Smoothing: The trajectory is averaged through the data results between multiple points, and then burr edges are filtered out.
2. Max Move Distance: By setting a max. value, the fragment trajectory exceeding the value is excluded, and then the interference caused by false detection on the result is excluded.
SANS-AI video tracking software can group the test results by data selection configuration, and select the technical indicators of interest by analyzing the parameter configuration for the statistics.
Trajectory visualization can show the trajectory of the test animal in the whole experimental stage. The system can set the line width, line shape, feature point size, transparency of the analysis area, magnification, background, etc.
The visualization of the heat map reflects the activity distribution of the test animals in the whole test stage. SANS-AI provides the heat map based on location, time, velocity and acceleration, and can smooth the heat map, modify the size of the heat map point and the zoom of the figure.
